"I would like to give a special thank you to Asmahane for making my stay so memorable. From the moment i arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always had a smile on her face. Her professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help with anything I needed really stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable and enjoying my holiday, and her positive attitude made a lasting impression. Staff like Asmahane are a real credit to the hotel.
