"It was a very peaceful stay my room was away from the noice, I need it to be at the airport very early and I woke up late I thought I was going to miss my flight but the front desk lady call the driver and told him drop what ever he was doing and to take me to the airport, the driver very pleasant took me right of way and made my flight. Thank you. "

"So for some reason, I guess the service is not exactly what is cracked up to be, but as far as the amenities and the hotel itself, it’s great I had always had to ask for towels or sheets and toilet paper because we didn’t get any service. No, no one clean our room. I cleaned my room.now I’m checking out and after been here exactly a week I actually take that back the second day I asked for no service and just towels maybe they assumed that I wasn’t gonna want service the rest of the time so I actually went to the office and asked for service. Now it’s 4 days since then with no service but I think if they get the housekeeping on task and on point then they will do good and may turn around the whole black cloud that has hung over this property for years. "We return to Tucson from UK often and have stayed in most of the large resorts but this turned out to be, by far, our favourite It was reasonably quiet being out of the busy season, but perfect for us. Rooms were spacious and beautifully clean, a special mention for the pillows which we wanted to take home with us they were so comfortable. The staff were friendly cheerful and always attentive. We felt well looked after and rested when we left. We didn’t find one thing to ‘complain’ about very unusual as we are hoteliers ourselves."
