"The front staff was. Very friendly and had smiles the minute you walked in the door and very polite. The room was a nice size . Only complaint i have is that the floors needed to be cleaned a lil better also there was some stuff on the walls and doors but nothing too bad. "

"This is my favorite resort hotel in Tucson. I try to come once a month when the weather is warm, unfortunately this day had way too many people in the pool. I could not find a lounge chair. Even the adult only pool was overcrowded. Other than that, this resort is fantastic."
