"The staff was great & the condition of the property was good. However, the inside of the building is definitely showing wear. The caulk in the shower was discolored and peeling, and in some cases missing altogether.
The main reason I rated the property ⭐️⭐️ is due to the fact that the key cards don’t work. I was locked out of the laundry, the pool area, the outside doors, & my room on multiple occasions. The key card system they have in place does not work. It is a really frustrating experience standing by a door trying to get it to open for 3 minutes & then having to go back to the lobby & have the staff make all new key cards that still may or may not work. If the owners/managers want better ratings they should fix the fundamental issue of people not being able to go through locked doors. Everything else with the property did not matter after that. I also have the property ⭐️⭐️, instead of ⭐️, because the staff was apologetic, understanding, and as helpful as they could be considering. They even acknowledged how much of a headache the key card system is there. I feel for them having to spend all that extra time apologizing and making new key cards that are equally as lousy as the old ones. "
