"this was a good property for the cost, and the location to the caverns could not have been better. The staff was very helpful at check-in and the room is comfortable, clean and accomplishes what we need from a hotel."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Anything we needed, we could ask at the front desk and they would take care of it. It was very clean. The property is undergoing a remodel so there were things around outside related to that. We had an issue with our air conditioner. We reported it to the front desk as soon as we could the next morning and maintenance was to our room very quickly. He changed out the unit right away. "
