"The staff was helpful and friendly. The front desk, Roberto, hooked me up with a fantastic room. When we needed the shuttle, the coordinator was very informative. The shuttle was clean, our driver Dean was awesome, and it was so nice to use to get to the Fiserv. Room service (Corey/Cody? sorry!) was perfect and rounded out a perfect couples get away for a concert. LOVE THIS PLACE EVERY TIME!!"

"The front desk staff is so welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean and so nice to have all the amenities with the kitchenette. Went down to The Knick right inside the hotel and had a couple great appetizers and fantastic drink from the weekly specials menu. Our server, Nick H, was the best! Very engaging and entertaining! Overall, my stay was 5 stars because that's the treatment I was given "

"Great trip overall. The rooms were perfect and the staff was outstanding friendly, helpful, and attentive. The only downside was that the resort felt crowded at times and there weren’t enough pool floats. Still a very enjoyable stay and we’d return."
