"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you guys! We were there for the Jehovah's Witness international convention. From the moment we walked in we were pleasantly surprised. We did self parking but the valet staff was wonderful at greeting us. The hotel lobby is beautiful and clean! The front desk staff was awesome, I don't remember the name of the young man that took care of us but he was pleasant and our check in was quick and easy. The elevator was cool and quick. Our room was clean and we had an awesome view. We were impressed with how quiet the hotel was considering how big it is. The only "complaint" I have and it's not really a complaint is the bathroom is pretty small, and there's no microwave in the room which would have been helpful with leftovers we had during our stay. But wasn't a deal breaker. I also really liked that you can text the front desk for items and we received them within mins of putting in the request. Loved having the Starbucks downstairs too. Overall our stay was awesome."

"This is authentic art deco and lobby is beautiful. Rooms were huge and very good. Bath needs grab bars and safer tubs - getting out is treacherous. At night the hotel public areas were full of college kids - some drunk even in the elevators. Parking is a bit sketchy with locked gates and wandering people. Guard at the hotel entry was watching TV."
