"Great staff"

"The hotel is beautiful, the suite was amazing and the staff were phenomenal, especially the valet staff. I didn’t give 5 stars was that there was no breakfast offerings (coffee and apples only) and that the AC never reached the setting in our room. It was warm in the evenings, hard to sleep, and there was no refrigerator, only the mini bar. "

"Baños muy limpios, cuartos amplios, bonitos, clima muy eficiente y FRIO! Recepcion y el area de desayuno excelente; wifi fluido, estacionamiento amplio del hotel. Muy bien! La vista al mar esta brutal!!! Si acude en coche, puede trasladarse facilmente a los diversos comercios y restaurantes cercanos para surtir sus necesidades. Disfruten!"

"Hotel was very clean, but rooms and hotel could use some updating. Location was perfect for all the things we had planned. Staff and food were amazing!!!! Would definitely return just based off of the care provided by the staff. "

"This hotel is beautiful on the outside, but there needs to be some renovations on the inside. You can tell that it’s definitely wear and tear. The Poole could use an upgrade I feel like and you can’t see the beach when you’re using the pool at all. The drinks are right, but they’re a bit pricey and they also have changed chefs a few times so the food is different without knowing because their website still has their old menus. Everything was good though, and the servers are really sweet and nice. Also, the ballet is very nice as well. Our sink was clogged the whole time we stayed so that was annoying."

"Breakfast offered a wide variety of self-serve foods and a good number of options. Rooms were clean. Super close to centralized airport rental car agency, airport, and freeways to enter or leave Houston area."

"Long check in, room keys disabled for entire hotel had to get into long line to go to front desk so they can Sen someone so I can get into my room"

"Elevators are pretty slow everything else excellent"
