"Wow. I thought the reviews had to be wrong but they were not! We had a great 6 night stay here and will book again our next trip. The staff was friendly and helpful despite being completely booked up. Breakfast was better than I expected (biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, seasoned potatoes, waffles, yoghurt, oatmeal, fruit and juices) The coffee machine in the commons area was amazing! The location was about 20 minutes from anywhere in Springfield and so perfect! I didn’t even know there was a basketball court in the courtyard (I guess I should have being called ‘court view’) we didn’t use the pool or hot tub but hopefully will next time. "

"The property is beautiful and the staff were wonderful. The room had some issues. The sheets for the sofa bed were severely stained and there was a spot near the sofa where a drink was spilled and never cleaned up. Otherwise, the room was nice and the beds very firm. "

"The room was large, nice, and clean. Bathroom was tiny and had a very small toilet. The sink and vanity was outside the bathroom which made it unhandy and odd for everyone brushing their teeth. $16.50 for a hotel breakfast buffet was ridiculous so we ate elsewhere. "

"Nothing about the place felt safe. I am a mom traveling with my daughter. We got into our room and it looked like the doors had been previously kicked in. There was an attic opening in our room that was busted open. Absolutely did not feel safe. We left immediately. "

"Clean and comfortable rooms. Room key kept being an issue, they are getting a new system soon. Breakfast was good, dink g area small. "

"The airport shuttle only runs until 10pm and my flight was landing at 11 pm. They wouldn’t make an exception. They offered to help me get an uber but I paid for it. "

"This is an older facility but they have done a nice job of updating it. The breakfast crew was very nice, and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful. Good central location for all the places we were visiting in town."
