"The only issue are the shortage of pool towels. Although I've seen guest taken them out of the pool."

"The staff were very helpful, kind, and accommodating! The 2 queen room was plenty big for 2 adults and 1 child. Wish there were more dresser drawers for clothes. The material on the headboards had been peeled off in a few places. We stayed for 9 nights and our sheets were only changed the night before we left. (My daughter had spilled a little bit of her drink which left a small stain on the sheet so we could tell the bedding was the same.) Overall it was a pleasant stay and would visit again. "

"Another stay at Dockside for our family of five vacation. This time we arranged for two adjoining rooms. Stay was pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was clean and the texting service made getting extra towels and pillows a breeze. Pool was well attended by staff/ lifeguards and areas were well kept. The ONLY issue was housekeeping staff knocking at 8AM everyday… we are on vacation… please don’t knock before 9AM..lol But that was the only issue we encountered and not really that big of a deal! The buses were a thing of beauty- we didn’t have to wait 15 minutes at any location. Amazing stay!!!"

"Overall a really great hotel! Pool/hot tub are open until 11pm, gives plenty of time to finish up at Universal and come back to rest your feet. The walk to City Walk is not that far just about 15min. "
