"The room was well-worn and needed updating. Also the room was quite small and the bathroom was so tiny it was hard to even close the door. The handle on the door inside our room was loose and I was afraid it would fall off and lock us in. The remote for the TV was missing. I wanted to report these things to the front desk, but my husband said it was ok. And besides, the staff which we dealt with (at check-in and during breakfast) would not very friendly - they were just doing their jobs and clearly were not enjoying it. Breakfast was ok, not a lot of options, but was adequate. Our room and the lobby were clean, but the hallway outside our room was not."
