"Very clean, friendly staff"

"We got the cheapest room. The bed was comfy and the room was tiny. But this is our 4th year using this hotel and plan to continue to use this hotel for many years to come. Overall it's a great place to stay. Only notable issue is a lack of a Handicap ramp anywhere near the front door. There is one on either end of the building. This was an issue for us when pushing the cart out to our car to unload. They need to fix this. "

"As with any historic hotel, one should not expect everything to be shiny and perfect. That being said, this hotel is pretty well maintained, and its charm makes up for the cracks in the walls. The location can’t be beat! Our room was quite comfortable with a lovely view overlooking the river. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Clean and comfortable. We used the pool both days. Excellent breakfast included, which helped before our days of hiking since we didn’t have to go out and find breakfast. Polite staff."

"Rooms are very nice and beds are very comfortable. Courtyard was really nice, but could use some cleaning. The only negative was that the hot tub was closed."
