"Parking was very reasonable at $10.00 per night. We booked months in advance and got a good price for the area. We took the ferry from Quincy to Boston and it was seamless. Very convenient and no hassle with parking in Boston. Ferry was right on time! Breakfast was very good too. We appreciated the fact that the hotel always had coffee and hot tea available. Check in people very very kind too. We enjoyed our two nights there."

"Didn’t like the room next to the pool, especially on the first floor. No privacy. No fresh air. No sunlight. Had a damp feeling in the room the whole week. But we did like Nate the bar tender!"

"Great pet friendly hotel. Continental breakfast very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean but bath tub needs updating( non skid strips with ground in dirt, which looks like from many years of use). Loved the Iris colored decor, even the lighting outside is purple!Could use more outlets on night stand - there are only 2 and we have iPhones and smart watches that needed to be charged. Mattress was comfortable as well as the pillows. The only real problem we found was that you could not watch any scheduled TV programs, just older shows. Thousands of channels to watch, but no local live news and unable to watch shows in the new fall lineup on CBS, NBC & ABC. Very frustrating trying to figure out controls. TV is a nice big flat screen ( looks to be about 65”) but you have to have an account for many of the channels with Netflix, Disney plus, Roku, Hulu,Apple TV , etc. just wanted to watch reg TV, not recent repeats or clips from older shows."

"Staffing was good. The room had alot of spce and was clean. Air conditioner worked well. Room initially smells like chlorine due to the pool but after 5 minutes you dont notice it. The fridge is cold. The carpet in the hallways were visibly messy and something that can be resolved by vacuuming. I don't know how often it is vacuumed but every other day is my recommendation. Kids seem to really enjoy the pool area. The hot tub needs a new liner. That visable green just doesn't give me a good impression. I love that the laundry was free of charge and available. The metal trash bins need to be replace. They're rusting and it doesn't look pleasing. You need a bigger sign of the hotel outside. Overall, it is a good hotel and great location."
