"Our room had no heat. The staff tried to fix it, but could not. They brought a space heater and extra blankets. There is no bar grip in the shiwer, which has a slippery floor. The shower curtain doest fit and the bathroom floor was soaked after 2 showers. There was no bath mat provided. "
