"Staff were excellent throughout. Breakfast was very good, with a vast selection of foods available in the buffet and a lovely choice of sit-down menu. The room was very big, with very comfortable beds. We had plenty of space even with the rollout bed for our teen and we all slept very well. Just felt for 4star the room was a little tired and needs a bit of TLC."

"I asked in advance months ahead of my visit for a walk in shower as got mobility problems and one was not made available. โฆ very disappointed as gave them plenty of time to provide one, hence unable to shower prior to a family wedding. My visit was split and second half was provided with walk in shower, appreciated but couple days late. How much notice does one have to give ??"

"Lovely hotel especially for families with children. They really cater to younger children with clibers and an area to run and play plus movie nights. Restaurant was a real bonus- food and service were great. Parking was onsite too."

"Food and service in the bar was excellent and good value. Our room was fantastic as we got an upgrade to a suite. Didn't have breakfast on site as is our preference. I had forgotten our phone charger but the reception kindly lent us one for our stay. Views amazing from our room."
