"The front desk staff was amazing. Our flight was ridiculously delayed so the front desk attendant extended our checkout without me asking. We were very appreciative of the shuttle service after our flight got in at 1:00 a.m."

"Looking at the previous reviews I almost booked another room.....location is perfect....across the street from 2 restaurants and a gas station....walking distance to a lot of other stuff if you like to walk.....pool was nice....yes the ac unit was loud but when you're sleep.....you don't here it.....room was a decent size for the 4 of us....Rooms weren't readily available when we got there but I was able to finish braiding my daughter's hair in the lobby while we waited....now they text you to find out if you're ok and I asked for extra towels because there were only enuf towels in the bathroom for 2 people and we never got those towels that I asked for but it was ok.....Food was decent....the only problem we had is that there were 2 kids on the waffle machines making waffles but we didn't know they were making waffles for the whole family.....so with all the mistakes they were making it just took up a lot of time because no adults were helping them"

"The hotel is okay there is a lot of variation in room types. We paid extra for a balcony and unfortunately the balcony rooms in the Versaille tower were over the convention center so the air conditioners were extremely loud. There are ashtrays on the balcony and the next door neighbors were smoking which made, this made the balcony useless to us. The ashtray on our balcony had cigarette butts in it when we checked in. Anything you purchase at the hotel is extremely expensive and has an added 20% charge. The pools and gym are very nice. Food quality is very good but is expensive."
