"Staff at the front desk and bar were great! Room was clean and had extra special surprises such as towel swabs and toilet paper flowers. Front desk asked where we wanted our room - high floor or low floor - pool or downtown Miami view. I told front desk to surprise me. We were on the 9th floor over looking the pool. Happy hour was a nice amenity and will be using the complimentary airport shuttle. Highly recommend and will not disappoint! "

"I liked everything as usual. The cafe inside of their just needs more food options. This stay the jacuzzi hot tub was not hot just a little warm almost just a little bit cold. The staff said they was having some issues but was getting it taking care of. Our last one of the jacuzzi was hot"

"Bed was a little low, but the hotel is very nice! The shuttle was a great help! Front desk was very accommodating. It was decorated pretty for Christmas. The rooms have thin walls… but it was clean. "
