"This hotel was my favorite Hilton experience and the vibes are immaculate. It was a crazy weekend. Bengals season opener, Music teacher conference, and a convention. Amidst the crowds and chaos, the staff was incredible and helpful. The breakfast buffet was top notch and worth every penny. The live music in the bar is magnificent. Clean rooms, soft beds, and all kinds of beautiful details throughout this gorgeous hotel."

"This hotel is ok. The location is good for access to downtown areas. Just a 5 min walk to bus #2x that goes between airport (CVG) and downtown Cincy for only $2. Don’t bother with rideshare, Bus leaves from same area where u pick up to share at CVG and gets to downtown just as fast. Gentleman working very late (3am) at front desk was very kind."

"The room was clean, the women at the front desk are always helpful and kind. I've stayed here three times and would come back, and / or recommend it to others. I only gave it four stars because this time the door stuck, the toilet was difficult to flush and the toilet paper holder had been broken and was barely in the wall. I put some muscle into closing the door and flushing and put the tp roll on the counter so that was that. Oh, I did almost forget this time the fridge wasn't the best. Whatever setting it was on leaked onto my food. That was a definite bummer that hadn't happened before. There is an elevator. Tv works, there are decent plugs and light, the couch and desk were good for working. I used my own WiFi,so i can't comment on that, but T-Mobile has good service there. Breakfast smells good, but it too late for me to do anything but grab an apple on the way out, which I really appreciate!!"
