"The staff was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Loved the ambience of the hotel and the decor. Two concerns were getting the luggage to the room from the parking garage was not great. And we had to run the hot water for 10 mins before getting any. Room needs a little maintenance. We really enjoyed our stay and the price is great. Right across the street from a great restaurant as well."

"The staff was professional and friendly. The room was nice. The tub was a little worn but the fixtures looked new and the shower worked just fine. The bed was good and the TV offered a wide selection of programming. The breakfast was good. Sausage, eggs, cereal, waffles, pastries, juices and coffee. If we are in the Erlanger area again and need a place to stay we would book a room there."
