"It was good for the price. The beds were incredibly small, double bed felt like a twin bed. The walls had obvious stains and damage was done to the door. But they had shampoo/conditioner/soap, towels, mini fridge… so it had all you needed."

"The restroom and the first room we stood in was broken toilet seat, and the water ran constantly, but the staff was so kind to change our room with no problem very courteous and responded with no delay on the issue"

"I usually don’t leave reviews. But for this one I had to. I don’t know how this hotel can have an 8.0 rating. To begin with the front door is falling apart and had trouble opening and closing closing door, bed is old….and something that I certainly have to mention, there was MOLD in the shower ceiling GROSS!!! Also noticed some bugs and don’t understand why there would be dog hair. NEVER again staying here. If I could ask for my money back I would! By viewing the pictures, reviews, and ratings on Hotels.com I thought it’d be a good place to stay but we were WRONG. Don’t understand how hotels can operate like this and have poor sanitizing, cleaning etc"

"Room was clean and ready when I arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy location for food delivery. Eating utensils were not provided with the food delivery but the staff gave me some. Really helpful"
