"The bathroom wasn’t that clean "

"Room was exceptionally clean, versatile and comfortable! I especially loved the “hardwood” floors because they were perfect for playtime with my kitty (& it helped with the cleanliness of being a wonderful pet-friendly hotel. "

"We were greeted very nicely by the front desk staff but other than that not a great place. It has an awful odor from the time you step on the elevator through out the whole place. The room just felt dirty and there were bugs in the bathroom. The furniture was broken. It was just not a nice place. We were just passing through on a long drive and needed a place to sleep. "

"Overall, my experience was great. We had a tough time at check in. The two attendants at the front desk weren’t the nicest. However, the other staff that we encountered more than made up for it. Rooms were clean, I made good use of the fitness center, breakfast exceeded my expectations. Next time, I hope the pool is back open. "

"The hotel room was fine but the breakfast was not good! The sausage wasn’t good and the choice of other things for breakfast was limited. Also the coffee was very weak and not hot. It really makes a difference to offer a good continental breakfast so it would be a good idea to improve it."
