"We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our king room. It had a small refrigerator, that actually was a little bit too cold and froze what we put in there. Check-in was a little bit different as you called the number and someone came down. To be fair, we had a very late check-in. But I know that someone else was trying to check in in the morning and the gentleman who is usually there. Asked him to wait for about an hour until he got back. There’s usually nobody staffing the front desk from what we could see during our three day stay. Not a big deal to us. The grounds were very nice as it was a golf resort.
The beds were relatively comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but the tub showed real signs of chipping and aging. It looks like somebody bought the resort and maybe we’ll be working on renovations? Breakfast was interesting. Some scrambled eggs, seasoned potatoes and vegetables. When they were gone, they were gone. There were no refills. Otherwise it was mostly carbs with some yogurt. Two days we were there I was able to make a fresh tasty waffle.
All in all I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Staff were very pleasant is limited in their English speaking."
