"Tshay at front desk was amazing! Best bank for buck! The only caveat is that walls are just too thin or not insulated, and I could hear people next door talking (in normal voice too). Couldn’t sleep :("

"Clean property but needs some renovations. Pool was warm but needs some renovation. Pool towels are too small. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but needs improvement with more options and needs to be moved into the restaurant area. We loved that we could use the other Red jacket properties. Suggestion to have games to borrow at front desk."

"Fabulous family vacation destination that is very well staffed with polite and professional employees. Everything is convenient and there are "plenty" in terms of pools (one is indoor, two are outdoor), pool chairs, beach loungers, etc. The "Bean Box" on the beach is a nice touch as is the multiple water stations throughout the property for hydration. Beach umbrellas were set up by the staff at no extra charge. Beach attendants (for lunch, drinks and cocktails) were attentive, friendly and polite. The Sam Adams Beach Bar is terrific - easy to access and perfect for those who want to stay on the beach during lunch. The food offereings were limited but good. Close to town with a lot of different shops, restaurants, etc. Can't beat the location of this resort - and we hope to return again soon."

"Great ocean view from first and second floor balconies. Very thankful we were at the end of the bldg by the pool so we didn't overlook the parking lot!! The mini fridge was very mini. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire bar. The pool was stocked with heavy towels not the usual thin tiny ones. We had an excellent stay!"
