"Disappointed that the Hermitage takes a $300 bond per room. The motels are very old . It would be difficult to do $300 worth of damage especially when you are 78 years old. I feel $50 bond is adequate, if one is needed at all. Has put me off returning"

"Pleasant stay at Sunset motel. Our rooms had a stunning view of the snow capped mountains in the distance. Fox Glacier is a small town, so the motel is well placed to take in the activities. One suggestion for the motel owners; during the Autumn/ winter season warmer doonas and blankets are definitely needed as the rooms get extremely cold of an evening, even with the heater on."
