"Sheets on bed stained, pillow case had stains looked like blood. Fridge bottom dirty. AC at the best worked may be 20 minutes in all night. Staff did not seem to care just got told we will inform the manager. I am not big on reviews but it was upsetting that staff did not care and seemed this was very common issue. "

Throughout my four-day stay, they consistently demonstrated a high level of care, responsiveness, and attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of my visit were handled efficiently and courteously. Their dedication to delivering excellent hospitality significantly enhanced my overall experience and reflects positively on the Sheraton brand. The food quality was consistently excellent, and the culinary team deserves recognition for maintaining high standards. While the property offers a comfortable and welcoming environment, certain areas would benefit from renovation, maintenance, and general upgrades to better align with the expectations associated with a premium hotel experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and sincerely appreciate the efforts of the staff, particularly Gurpreet Sidhu and Aman, whose outstanding service made a meaningful difference during my visit."
