"Brilliant location. Close to the city centre, but not right bang in the middle. River views. Cracking beer garden. Food is fantastic and staff go above and beyond. "

"The location and staff were fine, but the bed completely ruined my stay. The mattress was unbelievably hard—so hard that it honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. I understand some people like a firm bed, but this had almost no cushioning at all. I woke up sore and uncomfortable, and it made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. A hotel bed should be comfortable, and unfortunately this one was anything but."
