"โรงแรมอยู่ไกลจากอ่าวนางพอสมควร อาจไม่สงบนักสำหรับคนที่ชอบความเงียบเพราะเสียงจากนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาเล่นน้ำที่สระว่ายน้ำโดยเฉพาะในตอนเช้าตรู่ซึ่งอาจทำให้เสียบรรยากาศการนอนไปเลย และคนที่ไม่ชอบสัตว์เลี้ยงอย่างแมวที่สามารถเดินเข้าออกห้องคุณได้ถ้าเปิดห้องทิ้งไว้ ถ้าไม่มีรถส่วนตัวมาด้วยคงลำบากเรื่องอาหารแน่นอนสำหรับคนที่มาพักหลายๆคืน. แนะนำตลาดสดมหาราชมีของน่ากินหลายอย่างในราคาไม่แพง. โดยรวมแล้วค่อนข้างพอใจกับโรงแรมที่ภายในห้องมีอุปกรณ์ในการทำอาหารให้พร้อม คาดว่าถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับมาพักอีก...

"Just got back today from a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Samui. Beautiful setting. Villa was perfect and staff was incredible. "

"The rooms have been cleaned very well. I left some tips on the pillow but no one touch it. So the last day I have to shot down a words "Thank you" and left a tip. "The staff was rude and not welcoming at all. They made us feel so uncomfortable that only stayed 1 night and changed hotel for the rest of our stay on the island. Even for breakfast I arrived at 10.01 and they refused to serve because kitchen was closing at 10am. On top of that, the pictures looks much nicer than reality (dirty pool, no real beach behind..) I do not recommend at all this hotel."
