South Thailand hotel rooms a the Hilton Hotels

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, (almost) everything was great we did some run-in situations with communication issues with the staff and it wasn't between us it miscommunication with each other. There were a few times during our 4 day stay here that we were told one thing and ultimately that wasn't correct and we were brought back to be told something else and vise vera. It was a minor inconvenience until the last day that we almost missed our boat because nobody was on the same page. "

"Beautiful hotel"

"Nice hotel but would be difficult for anybody with mobility issues as lots of steps and steep slopes Staff are the hotels biggest asset as they are universally lovely and friendly and so helpful . Room was nice with a sea view however the very busy road in front was noisy and so not possible to sit on balcony . Cinema night advertised with tapas , special drinks and free Pringles , however on the night nobody seemed to know about it . Eventually wheeled a big screen into reception area but with the sound too los to hear over the music and chatter that is normal in a reception area Overall lovely hotel I just picked a very busy time to visit which was too much "
