"Great hotel. Perfect location. Nice rooms. Splendid and magical pools. Huge and good breakfast. Fine gardening. All in all top. However, you need to focus more on the cleaning. Cleaning of rooms. Windows and surfaces as well as tables in restaurant. "

"Hotel was well kept and modern. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Only comment is there are a lot of steps across the property so be prepared for that. There is a shuttle but runs every 5-10 mins and can get filled up quickly and often. "

"Maria at front desk was excellent during check in & check out. Bas helped transport our luggage and very helpful. Although it was difficult to get to this resort, once you arrive it’s just amazing and beautiful. We did 1/2 day excursion (boat) it was wonderful and the staff were great. I would recommend this place. "
