"Exactly what you can expect from a historical hotel, quaint with character, but not updated. We only stayed one night and that was enough, as the A/C never cooled in our room. We didn’t report it and just made due, so can’t speak to the service that would have been rendered. Very central to all things San Antonio, so that was cool!"

"The toddler pools were great for under 6 year olds. The sand pool was a big hit with very shallow water. The kids loved playing in the sand. The lazy river is only 3 feet deep so easy/safe to manage little kids. Another kid pool with small slides and shallow water was a big hit. Good family vacation for those with little ones. On site food options very expensive."
