"Friendly staff, every morning you would see the grounds staff cleaning the pools and the grounds, we seen security walking the grounds daily. Nightly you would see the grounds crew cleaning up the patio area. Housekeepers / laundry attendants always busy. Beach access easy and steps away. We visited right after Labor Day. "

"Chek in was at 4 we got there at 2 we did pre registration and they said they would call when room was ready never got a call went back at 3:30 they said no it would probably be ready at 4 ok understandable chek in is at 4 but when 4:15 get here and no call i go to recepción and ask again and still my room was not ready i was mad tired and end of story room was given at 4:40"

"What I like about the property it’s in the middle of the Riverwalk and what I didn’t act like that you have to pay every time you go in and coming out self parking"

"The hotel itself was phenomenal. I’d stay there anytime I went to San Antonio. The one and only complaint was that it was hard to get to. There was a lot of construction and we had to go up a one-way to get to the hotel which felt rather unsafe. "
