South Texas hotel rooms a the Best Western

"Rooms were great! Very convenient as we were working Night in old San Antonio. Staff were good and busy navigating a new operations system which was difficult but they remained very responsive and helpful! A wonderful stay overall and will return!"

"The place is amazing! I loved it, especially because it’s walking distance to the beach. The staff was very friendly and respectful, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and had a great breakfast with a wide variety of options. The pool was clean, but the only downside is that some dog owners let their pets defecate on the floor without picking up after them. It’s disturbing right in front of the walkway! Not cool."

"Room was not as clean as we would have expected. Sink and tub drains were not working properly, Hotel Engineering worked each twice. We still had the same issue throughout the entire stay. Overall, hotel could use an interiors upgrade. However, great location, advantage walkability to most major stops in downtown San Antonio."

"The room itself was clean but the bathroom was horrible. I don’t know if it just got missed but it looked like months of neglect and mold starting to grow. Also the Wi-Fi almost never worked, and from the number of hotspots I saw, it wasn’t just me. The beds were soft, breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful!"
