"The staff and service were amazing. We got stuck at the hotel due to our cruise being delayed and we were able to get late checkout. The employees, especially Maggie went out of their way to make us comfortable in the lobby area even holding our luggage so we could get a meal from the shop next door. We were beyond grateful and highly recommended this hotel and staff to everyone. Thanks for making a bad situation into a great experience."

"Very clean and comfortable apartment with nice kitchen. Bathroom sink was clogged, coffee maker was broken, washer/dryer closet door was broken, shower sliding door was repaired but didn’t open fully. Despite those issues it was very comfortable and clean and relaxing with a comfortable bed which is important to me."
