"The room cleanliness was less than stellar as the walls looked dirty, trash left behind, and the lamps did not work."

"Chose this hotel because of its proximity to Grant Park (location was biggest plus). Check in was easy. Interactions with staff were not great. One example: Attempted to order room service following the directions on in room tablet. They took my order initially; however, an hour later hadn’t received food. Called down and was told that room service was not occurring anymore and was hung up on. Called again and was told they were under staffed. All that said, if you get city view, the view was amazing and I got to see Navy Pier fireworks from room. However, I would not stay again."

"Check-in was a nightmare… long queues so we were told to go to the 15th floor to check-in… only to find there was no one there! Went back down to ground level only to be sent back up to the 15th floor. Disaster! Also has no bath towels in my room on arrival. Called housekeeping which went to voicemail. Called reception which went to voicemail as well. Total fail! Not a great welcome and arrival at your hotel… you must do better!"

"Room felt dirty. Carpet made me have an allergic reaction. Bathrooms were tiny and cramped and had little fruit flies flying all over the shower. AC unit was finicky, either made room too hot or too cold. Bed was insanely uncomfortable. My spouse and I kept sinking towards the middle of the mattress and causing back pain for me throughout the night."

"Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean! It’s in a great location and we enjoyed our room a lot! I took off a point because when we asked for fresh towels, they never came to our room and we had to ask again. But overall very comfortable and pleasant stay!"
