"I thought for a hotel of that magnitude did the best they possibly could. I wish they had shuttle service to Midway airport. The rooms were clean, The staff was helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The kitchen was a little slow on dinner orders, but the bartender was good. They could have communicated better on the charges, though. All in all, this a good hotel and I would stay there if I went back to Chicago. Charles V Duncan"

"Room clean and air worked. Lots of plugs. Shuttle to airport nice, clean and on time. Didn’t eat breakfast there so no comment on that. Staff very friendly. Bathroom small but appears recently updated and nice. Overall room very dated but fit price for the area. Cons: no phone to contact front desk/ one set of sheets stained / pillows very hard/ WiFi only worked for one person/ holes in walls in several places/ no hot water in shower/ cheap towels / only 3 hangers. "
