"The breakfast menu was amazing. My problem was my room, the AC didn’t work, the temperature would not drop below 75 degrees, I had to keep resetting the furnace and it would only get cool for about 15 minutes then go out again. My tv kept losing the signal, it wasn’t even storming. I was told I would get free breakfast for signing up for the Hyatt program but I was really charged for that amazing breakfast "

"Breakfast was awesome and the staff did an amazing job keeping it stocked on a busy weekend. The only complaint I have is outside the hotel's control. The attached parking is a public parking garage that is very tight and fills up fast when there are events in town. The hotel doesn't own the lot so they aren't able to reserve it just for hotel guests. The room was perfect and everything was clean and tidy. We would come back! Front desk staff were also very helpful!"

"The atmosphere at Sophy | Messler in the mornings is vastly different from the evenings. Sophy is a great hotel for an evening of posh and pampering in an immaculately prepared guest room. Messler’s Chicken and Waffles is the pinnacle of perfection! Though every in of the place is beautifully curated, the evenings in the lounge are a bit loud for my taste. Nevertheless, I would give my stay at Sophy and my dining experience at Messler’s a solid 10/10."
