"Everything about the property was excellent. I would stay there again."

"I could not sleep at all due to the continuous noise which Gabriel found out that is from the compressor and he can't do anything for that noise. We asked to change the room however stuffs said that they have to wait customers until 2:00am. So I called 2:00am to find out if they can change. But it failed. I think it's not fair to pay the full amount of the room. I totally exhausted. Our room was 2nd floor (Rm# 219). Stuffs were nice but I really tired mentally & physically."

"This is an older 2 story property with great big refinished rooms with lake views. Daily attention to room turndown excellent! Front desk staff very nice. Location is wonderful with the highway close, biking path and water close, food a short walk, and museums a short drive. Parking is free. Downside is part of the property is defunct with an empty pool, unused cafe and unused conference bldg. no elevator, no ice machine and poor shower pressure. A great price and memorable stay for us and would gladly come again!!"
