"The location of this hotel was not good. I didn’t feel safe driving down there. No room service, no places to eat near by and the breakfast was beyond disappointing. The hotel cleanliness and the staff were the pluses but the overall experience was a 1 star. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for the price!!! Pls don’t be fooled by “by Hilton” in the title. Overall a pretty awful choice on my part. Extremely overpriced for what we got."

" A quaint hotel with clean modern rooms in an historic building. Great location on a relatively quiet downtown street. A 5 minute walk to the train station and about 15 minutes to old town. The laundry room had plenty of machines, the kitchen was well equipped (but we didn't really use it). The free continental breakfast had plenty of choices. We especially enjoyed the fresh bread. Best of all the staff was patient with us as we do not speak French, their English was fluent and they went above and beyond to help us with directions and suggestions. We stayed 4 nights, and will return again for 1 night before our trip back to the states. "

"Cool and clean. Some staff are extremely nice and helpful while some just did their job. Always a great hotel on a budget but could use some upgrades and consistent customer service."

"Have stayed here many times, this is a real review, if you want a clean property, large room, large washroom with an actual door, not that crappy pocket door, also has a vent, yes, crazy, a vent, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is fine for what it is, coffee not so much, but the coffee in the machine by the elevators is great, cost a couple bucks only. Parking is excellent and free. Hotel is perfect if you want to take taxis, uber or you are going to drive to all your destinations, if you want to walk, can’t be done, it’s off the highway. You will never beat the price, best deal in the area and best hotel in the area."
