"No internet connection in the room during the stay and no helpful solution was provided. Poor quality of iron. Room access card was always deactivated. No body lotion. Microwave was malfunctioning and no replacement proposal was made, instead host was suggesting to plug and unplug each time it got stuck"

"The hotel was okay.
The room had what we believe was a freshly painted ceiling but the smell was extremely strong. The room also did not have a window so it was impossible to get rid of the smell even with the bathroom fan on 24/7. We did spend the majority of the time outside of the hotel, however the smell was noticeable also in our clothes after a few days in the hotel.
We had arrived early on check in day with the expectation the room would not be ready. We were asked for a fee per bag to keep them at the hotel prior to check in. At check out we had the same experience paying a fee per bag to keep them at the lobby. The fee was small but surprising as most places will happily store guests belongings prior to check in. "
