The staff is friendly and genuinely offers service with a smile- Marcella at the Front Desk, Cornelius in Azul Clubhouse, Brenda Lopez in housekeeping are an asset to the property. The breakfast has ample choices and the evening reception is an excellent place to have a few drinks which are on the house and interact with other guests. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Fashion Square and the eateries/shopping around old Scottsdale. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious although bedrooms and bathrooms are dated to the point they could be a deal breaker for some."
