Leider war der Pool ohne Wasser trotz durchaus badetauglicher Temperaturen in der Aprilwoche. Die Sauberkeit war okay bis auf die Reste der Vorgänger im Kühlschrank. "My girlfriend and I stayed for five nights in mid-May for our anniversary and overall had a lovely stay. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning facilities, beach and pool areas, and stylish villa-style rooms. The sun loungers were especially comfortable and there were always plenty available. The food was enjoyable throughout our stay, with a good buffet selection and excellent cocktails and drinks, although breakfast could have offered more fresh fruit. The à la carte restaurants were nice but lacked menu variety, especially after multiple visits. We also experienced issues with the restaurant booking system, as requests made before arrival had not been recorded. Service was inconsistent at times, particularly with slow drinks service and tables not always being cleared between courses. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, with our room occasionally not cleaned properly, minibar restocking only available on request, and staff entering despite the “do not disturb” light being on. The bathroom showed some signs of wear, and the air conditioning never cooled below 23°C despite reporting it. There were also inconsistencies with advertised amenities, including the beach snack bar and complimentary Lindos shuttle. Despite these issues, we still had a very enjoyable stay. With improvements to consistency and service, it could easily feel truly five-star."

"Absolutely gorgeous resort. Beautiful pools and stunning beach. Food was fantastic with lots of choice. Staff were delightful. We went in May and the capacity was perfect - always plenty of sun beds by the pool and beach. App ordering system was amazing - never had to leave the sun bed! Highly recommend."

"Location was pretty good. Bus stop right outside helpful. Food generally good but could do with being hotter. À la carte restaurant was better. Maids need to clean rooms better, floors didn’t appear to be cleaned ! Water needs to be hotter too, tried showering at different times but made no difference ! Although all inclusive, mini bar limited (no wine) and only replenished every other day. Also bizarrely you had to pay extra for a bottle of water ! All spirits/wine were just local, premium brands extra."

"From the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant at all levels. The suite we had was excellent (although the private pool water was cold to get in but great once in !!). The food was first class with lots of variety at breakfast and the set 4 course menu for dinner varied every day of the week and was very tasty and very well presented. The evening entertainment at dinner was of a high calibre and very relaxing to watch and listen to. All in all a great holiday."

"In need of an upgrade/ renovations Door handle hot to open, ants at entry and bathroom We were inclusive of all, staff offered the world, once you approach to assist, they were very dismissive. Beach/pool towels worked by card system at reception then take card to wellness centre which was inconvenient each time you need a towel, more interested in point of sale for wellness centre. These could have been set up by the pools or beach. TV wasnt working, air conditioning weak Good size room Once again definitely needs renovating"
