"We stayed here from December 30 to January 1, and overall had a really great experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. The hotel felt quiet and safe, and the location was convenient for getting around Reno. Everything was just straightforward and pleasant, which is exactly what you want when traveling. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!"
