Grand Sierra Resort and Casino

"Great place for a concert venue, we stayed for Earth Wind and Fire, awesome show. The room and property were good. The check out time was 11am but we were unable to use any of the amenities because the pool, spa, shopping etc. were not open until 11am, so we left. Also the sports bar said they didn't take reservations but just come in no problem, when we arrived it was a 1.5 hr wait so we had to grab sandwiches before the show as we did not make another reservation and ran out of time. The shampoo and conditioner could be upgraded too, they had not brand and just a small bottle."

"AC wouldn't turn off but other than that this hotel was great! Very easy to take the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Would definitely stay here again."
