"We stayed on a Friday & Saturday night. Probably won’t be happy with that. It was a very long walk from the parking garage to our room in the resort tower. The first snafu was with the elevator we did not know we had to scan our key to select our floor for our room. (No one told is at check-in.) We rode up and down this elevator several times till another customer showed us how to do. It We also chose the resort because we thought it would have great adult atmosphere, especially at the hot tub and pool. However, when we went to relax in this area, it was like the local YMCA there were children running about everywhere at 9 o’clock at night. The Jacuzzi was being used as a giant bathtub for lazy moms that gigantic pool was wall-to-wall people it was not relaxing nor accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable However, we receive no Maid service between Friday and Sunday and we were unable to even get extra pods for the Keurig coffee maker. This forced us to go to Starbucks where I was charged over $10 for an iced vanilla latte, which is over and above the price at local Starbucks. Overall, it was OK, but this hotel seems to be geared towards families with lots of .children. I think I might try a different casino resort the next time we go to Reno."
