South Reno hotel rooms a the MGM

"Run down hotel. Swimming pool is old. And attendant is so strict no floaties for kids. Whats the point of having a pool and no floaties. Room was run down. Old and ac didnt work. Took forever for them to transfer us to another room."

"The hotel is beautiful and the room were spacious, clean and comfortable."

"Great food at Red Bloom and Bistro Napa restaurants. Very comfortable bed in very well appointed room. General navigation around casino and resort a bit confusing, but good signage."

"The phone was broken, they replaced the next day, internet wasn't working, coffee maker didn't work, it was very dusty and affected bothinr and my grandsons allergies. More deep cleaning is necessary."

"The only negative was the 'room safe' did not work. The day after arriving we were sent a request asking if everything was fine. We replied the 'room safe' did not work. I believe we were informed someone would come to take care of it, but that never happened. No problem, we made adjustments. Everything else was very good. Thank you"

"We were given wonderful rooms on the 3rd floor with a sofa, armchairs, etc., and very comfortable beds."
