South Reno hotel rooms a the MGM

"Staff outshined. I just had surgery, they met me with a wheelchair to take me to my room and took me from my room back to our vehicle when we checked out. Something so small meant so much."

"Super close to airport. Less than 5 minute walk cutting across parking lots. "

"Staff were very helpful at check in. Bell hops were quick. Room was very very clean. Parking was easy. And... 0.4mi from my Son's home!"

"We arrived at 930pm. And they're restaurants all were closed. The one Purple Parrot that was supposed to be open 24/7 was closed for weekly maintenance! The hotel was beautiful, staff was "put upon" and seemed like we were a bother. We normally stay at the Nugget and will probably go back to The Nugget. Super disappointed! "

"They stated a "Grab and go" breakfast, but they only had granala bars and a couple of muffins. They did have coffee and it was good. I wish they offered half & half as well as the French Vanilla creamer."

"Very clean room! The only bad thing was that the bed was uncomfortable...possibly broken. Wonderful staff was made aware. Otherwise nice place."
