"Lack of maid service. Coffee machine in room didn’t work. Room was extremely dark and dated.
Charged to valet park and difficult to park due toa poor plan for traffic. Extremely disorganized over Al with the valet service.
Food prices were too expensive for the type of service and overall quality of food."
"Alexia the best person to represent this hotel. She is friendly, and has exceptional customer service. I had called over the phone to request a roll away bed and to also ask few more questions about the hotel. She accommodated my request and answered all my questions. The breakfast was good. The only downfall was that the jacuzzi wasn't working and the pool was not heated. All the staff were really nice and had great customer service that I don't mind the inconvenience of the spa and pool. They have a awesome team at that hotel."
"Very noisy if you face the pool - concert every friday night, impossible to sleep before 11. We stayed there for a basketball tournament. So many boys running in halls late, very loud and hard to sleep. And I always forget how bad the smoke can get in casinos. Lots to do there, fun bowling alley, good restaurants, convenient to have Starbucks in the lobby. But next time somewhere quiet for us."
"Our room wasn’t ready until 4:45 when check in was supposed to be at 4. The room was still dirty and there was snot behind the door. The pool was closed for the entire stay. Horrible experience."
