South Reno hotel rooms a the Independent

"The parking lot was partly torn up, so finding a spot was difficult making it a long walk to the hotel. The beds were not comfortable either. "

"Customer service was less than desirable, they kept talking about diamond teir service but didn't experince that at all. Just from checking in got attitude from the front desk the room is was in the process of being up dated but lacks any kind of niceness for what i paid. I have stayed at nice holiday inns then this place i wont ever be going back or i won't ever suggest it anyone..."

"This place is great. The Manager Sheryl goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need . She really adds a personal touch to your stay. It’s nice to have someone that cares about you when you’re traveling . I gave this place a 10 out of 10. It’s clean. It’s convenient, the staff is awesome. Will definitely continue to stay every time I come to Reno "
