"At check in, we opted to have our room cleaned. It never got touched until day 3 of our 5 day stay. Had to notify them that it was not being cleaned. Then found food under the lamp and table that had pushed up with a sweeper at some point. Had to ask to refill the coffee containers daily as well. "

"There was so much to do, a great variety of restaurants, and the pool was the best. There was a separate area for adults, the infinity pool was heated, and there were 4 hot tubs. "

"The night that we checked in the front office person had a small child with her, that seems was not a guest. The front office person, looked like she really did not want to be there, gave me a half printed (ran of out ink in the printer) page to refill out again. Filled the form out again and went to my room. The room was clean and quiet and that was the best thing ever after a 12-hour drive. Bed was just right and having the bathroom supplies such as shampoo and other items stock were the right touch after sleeping in that morning! The whole place was quiet after grabbing a little breakfast before hitting the road again for another 12-hour drive on the road.
