"Excellent place to stay, casino is noisy, as all casinos are, and machines for gambling are all new, none of the old pull the handle and watch where your money goes. Parking is also easy, large lots, chargers for electric cars also.I would stay again if in Reno."

"Great value and a comfortable stay! Lots of on-site dining options, and service was great everywhere. The fitness facilities were pristine and had excellent equipment. I'd say the only thing that could be improved upon is that it's hard to reach the front desk if you need to call from your room. Upon check-in, I was told to ask for a late check out in the AM. So at 7am, I tried calling multiple times from the room phone and just got a voicemail message. I then tried texting the number they gave to basically outsource common issues, but the person I texted with wasn't on-site and said I needed to ask the front desk, so I ended up just walking all the way from the North Tower to the front desk to get late checkout approved. Otherwise, we had a great time and I'd recommend it."

"The room was clean and the staff was helpful and pleasant. I especially loved the shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap provided because it had a mild, pleasant scent. I'm sensitive to fragrances and these were great! The breakfast was great with good protein options. As a diabetic, I don't do well without that."
