"The organisation and attentiveness of the staff was absolutely top rated. Even if they got something wrong they came over and apologised and made it clear they would try harder. I have never seen such a positive and open way to continually improve things.
Room servicing was attentive and discrete.
The venue and the falls (take a helicopter ride!!) are out of this world.
My only niggle was that the menus were a little too elaborate. Some days you just want plain food and it was hard to find (it’s all in the room service menu by the way)"
"What an amazing location! As close as possible to the main attractions and away from the noise of the streets. The staff was attentive. The accommodations were clean and the breakfast was simply great."
"We love this hotel, my second time staying with friends and family. Everyone is very helpful and the hotel is very clean. Great pool and Spa service. The restaurant is good but not great. I just wish they had a better menu for lunch and dinner. The breakfast is always great."
