Bird Rock Beach Hotel

"The room was clean and spacious. Has an iron board but no iron, guess you can ask for. Lady on reception was very nice. Staff on restaurant and food are great with lovely view.
Internet sometimes goes a bit lower but did the job. Tv is good aircon good.
For the price point it is a great stay. "

"I recently stayed at KOI Resort Saint Kitts and had a mixed experience.
Prior to arrival, I had arranged transfers to the hotel, but when I arrived they had not been organized. When I used the word “transfers,” the front office agent repeatedly corrected me by saying “transport,” which felt unnecessary and came across as rude. After speaking with the Front Office Manager, they kindly comped my transfers, which I appreciated.
The highlight of my stay was Food & Beverage. The restaurant team, including the Chef and Director of Food & Beverage, were exceptional. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was delicious. They truly went out of their way to make my dining experiences enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the front office team needs significant improvement. Many basic questions could not be answered, including simple inquiries about charges on my card. When calling the front desk, I was placed on hold for long periods (up to 10 minutes). On one occasion I had to hang up, and when I called back it seemed the agent had forgotten about the call entirely.
Housekeeping also needs attention. My room was not properly cleaned on arrival—there was hair on the floor and mold in the mini fridge.
Overall, I rate my stay 3 stars. I would return to dine at the restaurant, but I would not stay at the resort again unless there are improvements in front office service and housekeeping standards."

"The ocean view room as clearly advertised when booking wasn’t provided to us upon arrival, and the management was quite unprofessional and slow in handling the matter, they eventually moved us to an ocean view room (also our room didn’t have proper hot water - becomes cold after a min of running- and pool deck wasn’t sanded/treated and each of us got numerous splinters from it), but the way they handled it took away from the experience, as well as them charging us for the services that were never provided which we had to open a dispute for. The majority of the staff seem to be knowledgeable and willing to help, but the management is absolutely horrific and unprofessional. Not only they do not understand even basic hospitality, but they engage into fraudulent practices charging you for services that were never rendered. Bad business. Not worth the money and all the headaches. "
