"My stay was pleasant- and the staff were wonderful! The room was clean- and the proximity to where I needed to be was excellent The coffee pot stopped working, but I mentioned it to staff and there was coffee available in the lobby There was a leak in the shower stall- ( by the door) so the floor got wet in front of the shower- however the staff made up the room each day- and fresh towels were always available I would stay here again"

"We had an issue during our stay, but I want to give credit where it's due. Sahil went above and beyond to address our concerns and ensure that everything was made right. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for our experience did not go unnoticed. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing, with a great location that made it easy to enjoy the area. Everything was well maintained, and we felt welcomed throughout our stay. What stood out most was the level of customer service. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it's how they're handled that matters, and Sahil and the team handled the situation exceptionally well. Thank you for turning what could have been a disappointing experience into a positive one. We truly appreciate the effort and would be happy to stay again."
