"We had a nice stay. Complementary breakfast is perfect! You don’t have to leave and it saves you money. Restaurant downstairs is only fried food and pizza. Nice easy access to the beach and back. Was disappointed to find out that housekeeping only comes to your room every two days. We checked in on a Friday night, on Saturday while out at the beach, I had hoped our room would get cleaned, picked up and fresh towels placed out for us. Housekeeping didn’t come. Saturday afternoon, went downstairs to inquire and they told me that no they didn’t go They were able to give me fresh towels and more toilet paper downstairs. When we checked out on Sunday and I asked again why they hadn’t come, they stated that they only come every 48 hours. "

"Coffee maker broken. Door key didn’t work after one day. Had to replace. Still didn’t work. Door lock device not working right."

"I guess they had cleaned the floor and left a fan to dry it, it was so slick I nearly fell, I am 78 and a little unstable so it was a big concern. Also it was so dark, not nearly enough lighting. Water pressure wasn't very good either"

"Best price on the Island and met all my expectations but definitely not high on amenities. Free breakfast was not bad. Coffee maker in the room didn’t have all the parts, but I can get a free Senior coffee at Whataburger that’s better anyway. I will come back here if I am not bringing my significant other. But for me for a weekend with buddies, two good beds, a TV, a hot shower, a swimming pool and free breakfast close to the beach and plenty of good places to eat and have fun works!"

"The staff was friendly at Ramada. The room was clean, the air conditioning was perfect.. the Continental breakfast was nice and simple. The gentleman that was attending in the breakfast area had great customer service. I will be back."

"I lived my stay! All the staff that i came across were great. Alejandra at the front desk made us feel very welcome. The bartenders were awesome. The proximity to the beach, you can’t beat. "
